A Little Information On Fair Housing & Equal Opportunity

The Fair Housing & Equal Opportunity Laws create equal housing opportunities for all people living in America by administering laws that prohibit discrimination in housing on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, and familial status. Basically the laws create an equal access for people to the buy or sell the housing of their choice.

Fair Housing Act: Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 (Fair Housing Act), as amended, prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings, and in other housing-related transactions, based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status (including children under the age of 18 living with parents or legal custodians, pregnant women, and people securing custody of children under the age of 18), and handicap (disability). Fair Lending: It is unlawful to be: turned down from obtaining/purchasing a mortgage loan, left out in the dark about
information regarding loans, given different terms or conditions on a loan (such as different interest rates, points, or fees), and discriminated when having property appraised because or based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status or handicap (disability).

As I've said before I abide by all Fair Housing Laws and make all transactions safe, quick, and easy!
